Measures and documents speed, oscillation frequency, rotation, vibration, flex, twist and bounce. |
Enlarges and enhances viewed image. |
Permits video recording of tests and observations with on-screen text documentation. |

It allows slow speed or freeze motion viewing of a reciprocating, rotating or vibrating objects while in motion. Just point the camera at the object, adjust the controller
frequency to the object's frequency and then watch it in slow motion on the screen. |
An observation and analysis tool that allows slow-speed or freeze-motion viewing of an object in periodic motion – e.g.
reciprocating, rotating or vibrating objects. Just point the camera at the object, adjust the controller frequency to the object's
frequency and then watch it in slow motion on the screen. |
How it works |
A custom high-speed electronic shutter is integrated with a video camera. The shutter rate is
controlled from a precise timer circuit or external trigger allowing periodic image capture. |
Versatile |
The OptiView is not restricted as strobe-light systems are to relative darkness. The OptiView performs
very well in bright light, where strobe systems fail. Adjustable control allows matching of periodic motion up
to 1000 cycles per second. An external trigger with manual offset allows live viewing of slow motion actions. |
Easy to Use |
The OptiView is a visual system, so no attachments to the moving specimen is required. The camera
lens systems permits magnifications of small specimens for detailed viewing. In addition, video recording
of tests and observations is supported with test data displayed on screen.
If you can see it when it is stationary, you can see it when it is in motion!
